Brief tour of the Review Module

Brief tour of the Review Module

In the "Reviews" section to the left of the platform. We find different subparagraphs:

1. Dashboard

In this section we will see a summary of the campaigns with surveys we have sent.

2. Analytics

In Analytics we will be able to see and filter the metrics of our survey campaigns much more in detail.

We may filter this data by hotel, type of survey, language of survey or contact and dates.

We also have the possibility of downloading the data into a csv file so that we can analyse it further.

3. Trainings

In this section we find the surveys that we have created and available in our account. In addition, we can create new ones with the button "+ Survey".

4. Campains

In the Campaigns section we can create survey campaigns, it is also where the active or draft campaigns we have at the moment appear.

5. Alerts

When we create a survey, we need to choose a minimum score below which alerts will be sent to selected email addresses. In this menu, we can view all customer responses that triggered alerts and manage them by reading the comments, replying to the customer, or marking the alert as reviewed.

6. Answers

In this section, we find all the responses received from the surveys. To the right of each survey, there are three available actions. The first allows us to access the contact profile of the person who responded. The second icon lets us view each of the answers they selected. Finally, the last option allows us to respond directly to the customer by sending them an email.

7. Configuration

In this last section we find the minimum and critical alert setting that we have established in each of our hotels for survey campaigns.
