To configure the different fields that can be seen in the captive portal you have to access our platform in the Admin Panel > Hotels > Open the hotel where you want to set up > Click on "Hotspot".

This is where we can configure which of the fields will be visible and which will not. If we want a field to be visible, we mark the box next to the name of the field.

For the Room Validator field to work, room numbers must be added and separated by a comma (,) without spaces.

To activate the survey reminder you must have version V2 of our captive portal installed. To find out which version you have installed please contact: help@fideltour.com

To save the changes, click on the "Update information".
