Where do we start?
Configuration of communications
1. Step
Once we have accessed the platform, we will go to the Rewards module and click on "Communications". In this section, within the list we will activate the Rewards Club messages that we want our customers to receive depending on the actions they take.
We will select the communications that best align with the purpose of the Club.

In the "Actions" section, we have the icon to preview the email that the customer will receive, the edit icon, from which we can modify the subject and content of the campaign, the "Reporting" icon to view a detailed summary of the campaign (this can also be accessed by clicking on the campaign name), and these statistics use the same reporting system as regular sent campaigns.
Finally, we have the activation/deactivation icon for the campaign, allowing us to choose which campaigns we want to activate and which ones we do not.

By clicking on "edit" and on the eye icon next to "content", a pre-designed template by Fideltour will open by default. This template is fully customizable (it can only be edited while the associated campaigns are deactivated).
It is recommended that the language of this template be a general one for all customers, as this will be the default message sent to contacts who belong to the Rewards Club but are not included in the segments selected in the following communications. Once this communication is designed and the checkbox is ticked, it will be automatically activated.

If you want to create a communication by adding a segment for a specific group of people, the first step is to click on the name of the campaign, then on "Segment list" and on the "+ Segment" button.
A window will open where we will select the segment to be used and proceed to click the "Add" button.

Once we have clicked the "Add" button, we will be able to see our communication with the created segment.
With the "Edit campaign" icon, we can modify the template design for each segment. In the same actions, we can also preview, activate or deactivate the segments, or delete them from within the communication.
