Where do we start?
Product creation
Once logged into the Fideltour account, we will go to the Rewards module and click on "Products". When we have accessed the products section, we will click on the "+ Product" button.

We will see that a window automatically appears asking us to fill in the fields to configure our Rewards product. In the Hotel field, we will select the establishment where we want our product to be redeemable. We will add the product title, the category (whether it is a gift, offer, or privilege), and the product code. We will enter the required points and a start or expiration date if desired. We can also choose the levels to which this product applies and an image that our customers will see.
The "Visible product" status refers to whether the product is available (active) or created but not yet available (inactive). We can also select whether we want this product to be highlighted among others. Next, we would indicate if we wish to receive alerts once this product has been redeemed by a customer. Once this step is configured, we proceed to click the "Create Product" button.

In the main product section we will be able to see all those products that we created.

These products that have been created in the intranet by the user will be displayed in the following way in the customer portal. These products can be found by entering the customer portal and clicking on "Store".

Finally, if we go to a product created and click on "Product content", we can add a description and conditions in the different languages we have activated in our Rewards program.
