Where do we start?
Once we have accessed the Fideltour intranet, we will select the module "CRM"which is shown on the left side of the platform. Once inside, we click on the top of the "Contacts".
Once we are on the contacts page, we will select the file icon with the upward arrow indicating "import" and we will download the sample file indicating in light blue under the name of here.
By clicking downloading the example, we will automatically have downloading an excel document in our browser. When we open the excel document, we will encounter a header that asks us for the information to add. This header will have to be respected, that is, we will not be able to delete the columns or change the order or name of the header as this may influence when uploading the database.
Locate, select and copy from your own database document the paragraphs you consider most correct and complete. Paste the data into the template and import it into Fideltour. If the telephone number, address, name or surname of the customer is not available, this field may be left blank but, If the email is not added, the contact will not be imported into the intranet.
Once the document is kept, we will proceed to upload it to the Fideltour intranet.
First of all we will search for the file on the computer with the browse and once selected, we will choosealways the option of "Add new data". We wait a few minutes as, depending on the volume of contacts in the database, it may take longer to load or less.
We will refill the page and we will be able to see the latest imported contacts.
