Manual for Solving SPF Problems and Campaigns in Fideltour

If you have received an email notifying that your campaign is in a state of error due to a problem with the SPF (Sender Policy Framework), this manual will provide you with information on the reason and how to fix it.

Reason for the error in your Campaign:

The error in your campaign is because the Fideltour SPF is not configured correctly on your DNS server. The SPF is a security measure that helps prevent the spoofing of identity in email. When the SPF is not properly configured, mail servers can mark their emails as unreliable, causing their campaigns to be wrong.

Solution: SPF Configuration

To resolve this problem and allow your campaigns to be successfully sent, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access to the DNS Control Panel

Make sure you have access to your domain's DNS dashboard. This is usually located in the place where you registered your domain or host your website.

Step 2: Creating an SPF Register

Go to your DNS dashboard and search for the "DNS Settings" or "DNS Records Management" option.

Locate the option to create a new DNS record and choose "SPF" or "TXT" (depending on your service provider's configuration).

You will now have to enter the value of the SPF. For Fideltour, use the following value as an example:

v=spf1 include:spf.fideltour.com ~all

Be sure to include any other SPF records you may have, if you have them.

Step 3: Save the Settings

Once you have entered the SPF value, save the settings. Please note that propagating settings over the Internet can take some time.

Step 4: Verifying the SPF Configuration

Use online SPF verification tools to confirm that the SPF has been configured correctly. Check whether the SPF includes "spf.fideltour.com" to ensure that the configuration is correct.

Step 5: Reactivate Campaigns

After you set up the SPF correctly, you will be able to reactivate campaigns that were in a state of error. Duplicate affected campaigns, enable new copies and eliminate wrong campaigns. You can also contact the Fideltour support team (help@fideltour.com) to reactivate the same campaigns, without duplicating them.

Step 6: Additional assistance

If you encounter difficulties in this process or have additional questions, our Fideltour Support team is available to help. Do not hesitate to contact us for additional assistance.

We hope that this manual has helped you understand and resolve the SPF problem and errors in your campaigns. Correct configuration of the SPF is essential to ensure the effective delivery of your emails to recipients.
