How do I create and activate sequential campaigns in Fideltour?

Where do we start?

Campaign creation

In order to create and activate a sequential campaign, it is important to have already launched a campaign before or the other option would be to create a campaign either normal or automatic. We will proceed to go to the Campaigns module and we'll click on "Campaigns" and then in "Automatic campaigns".

When the campaign has been sent and we can get information about your movements such as your openings or clicks, we will proceed to automate our sequential campaign. In order to create a sequential campaign, we will create a new automatic campaign by clicking on the "+ Advanced campaign", we fill in the different fields and, once we have the complete configuration, click on Activate campaign.

Sequential campaign programming

When we click on the blue button for "Activate campaign" We will see a box where the system will ask us if we would like to automate the campaign. In the drop-down menu, we will click on the "Campaign" option.

In the "Event" field, we will see a dropdown menu with different options. If we want to send this campaign to all contacts who did not open the previously sent campaign, we will select "Did not open the campaign." If they did not click, we will choose the option "Did not click on the campaign." If we are interested in sending this campaign to contacts who did open the campaign, clicked on it, or responded to a survey sent through a campaign, we will select one of the remaining options.

In the field of "Campaign" we will insert the name of the first campaign sent or a campaign that has been sent before and we are interested in sending a second campaign as a reminder and select "Activate campaign".

If we want the client to receive this campaign 1 or 2 days after receiving the previous one, we will enter the number in the "days difference" field.

Example of days difference:
If the first campaign was sent on 10/05 and we are creating a reminder campaign to be sent on 17/05, the day difference must be at least 7.

It is important to keep in mind that the options "Has opened the campaign," "Has clicked," and "Has answered the survey" depend on when the client opens the email or clicks. The options "Has not opened the campaign" and "Has not clicked" will trigger the reminder campaign based on the number of days that have passed since the related campaign was sent.

We recommend giving the reminder campaign a different name from the original campaign to avoid confusion and errors.
Example: Campaign X and Reminder Campaign X.
