Where do we start?
This module allows us to automate mailing submissions by customizing and knowing both the behaviour of each user and the amount of their purchase on the web.
With our Campaigns module, you don't need to waste time or staff planning your campaigns. Set up your campaigns and let our module take care of the rest. With our custom templates, the time spent designing e-mail campaigns is minimized.
These campaigns are sent to segmented customers, so the number of open emails and offers viewed is much higher than through an ordinary marketing campaign.
As we can see the Campaigns Module consists of four diferent sections; Dashboard, Analytics, Campaigns and Templates.
On Dashboard we will be able to have an overview of the total campaigns sent on that account, openings, clicks and transactions. In addition, we will have quick access to the main configurations of the module.
In Analytics section we will be able to see a more information regagarding the summary of the campaigns sent.
At the top we will be able to visualize the percentage and number of open emails, the percentage and number of total clicks and that of contacts unfounded through campaigns.
Below we will be able to see the total number of transactions, the average and total amount generated of all campaigns sent.
In the campaigns section we will find all type of campaigns we can create such as:
Here we will be able to create and schedule one-off campaigns that are sent on a particular day. We will be able to see all those currently scheduled or completed. There is the option of Send right now or Schedule a date and a time.
In the search engine we can look for campaigns, either by name, by location (if you have sent it only for a particular hotel), by date, or by status of the campaign.
In the automatic campaigns section we will find all type of automated campaigns (which are set up using a trigger), and we can filter in the same way me make for the marketing campaigns.
In this section we will be able to create a new A/B test campaigns and also see those that we have marked as active or as draft.
In an A/B test campaign we create two different versions of a campaign that will be sent to different test groups to determine which of the two works the best.
The templates section allows us to create our own designs for later inserted into campaigns. Fideltour currently offers us several options to use. In order to see these options, once we are in the Templates section, we will proceed to click on "+ Template" and we will be able to see the different options; Layouts, Community, My Templates and My campaigns.
To bear in mind, while we create a template we have thePreviewwhere we can see what our campaign looks like on a computer, on a mobile and the Dark Mode option.
If we want to make any modifications to an already created template, we have the option to Save, next to Save and Exit, so we don't lose it.
