Where and how do check my campaign statistics?


Where do we start?

Overall statistics of the sent campaigns


Once we are logged in to the Fideltour platform, we will proceed to click on the Dashboard section section located on module CampaignsIn this paragraph we will be able to see an overview of our campaigns: Total number we have sent, number of openings, clicks, and transactions. We also find the configuration for each campaign, as well as a chart per date of the campaigns sent.




In the Analytics section we find the total number and percentage of open campaigns, clicks (single and total) and that of unsuscripts contacts. Also we then visualize the total number of the conversion ratio that has been generated through the campaigns sent, number of transactions, average amount and total amount achieved due to the campaigns sent.




Individual statistics of campaigns sent


In order to view individually the statistics obtained from the campaigns sent, we will proceed to Campaigns located inthe module of Campaigns and we will click on one of the campaigns submitted previously. By clicking or, in turn, selecting reporting icon, second to the right of the name of each campaign, we will be able to see a small summary of campaign statistics.


















This report shows us the number of transactions achieved, the average amount and total amount obtained, the open rate percentage of this campaign and the click rate percentage.Then we see the initial scope number, i.e. the number of customers who meet the shipping requirement at the time we have activated or sent this campaign. We also see the number of emails scheduled, then the number of mails sent and the number of emails delivered.

The date and time of the last opening of this particular campaign and its date and time of last click.


Once this campaign is sent, we will be able to see the total number of openings, if we click on the tab, we will see in detail those contacts that have opened the email.


In the icon of "Clicks" We will also be able to see the number of clicks given on the URLs used in the communication and see which contacts have been responsible for clicking on these links from the action button. Total clicks refer to the total number of clicks on a link (the same contact may have clicked more than once), single clicks refer to the number of contacts you clicked.



In addition, we have the number of unuscripts contacts that have submitted this communication, also we can visualize that customers have selected the options "unsuscribe" by clicking on the tab. Finally, on the Bounced tab, we can have details for contacts that have not received this camapaign due to a bounce. 


If this campaign was sent 30 days before, we can have further information displayed at the bottom of the page, a graphic of total evolution this communication.
