Use of dynamic labels
What are dynamic labels?
Dynamic labels are data extracted from your contacts and movements. These tags allow you to customize your email marketing campaigns to create better communication with your guest.
The aim of the use of dynamic labels is to transmit information more specifically and adapted way,also providing useful information that can be used during various stages of the guest's customer journey.
Thanks to the dynamic tags you can customize the emails you send to your guests and treat them by name, include in your message data, etc.
Where do we find them?
Dynamic labels are used in the template editor of the Campaigns. They can be used in blocks of text and buttons and, some of them allow you to be used as a target URLs in the content you created.
For example, when editing a block of text, we will find within the set of options in the same section of "Merge tags":
Once we click on some of the most commonly used dynamic labels will appear.
The use of dynamic labels when creating a template allows you to customize a template content and being able to "recyclate" in different hotels without duplicating campaigns for each of them.
