How to export my database in Fideltour?
Where do we start?
Selection of database
Once we have accessed the Fideltour intranet, we will select the module "CRM"which is shown on the left side of the platform.
Once inside, we click on the top of the "Contacts".
If we want to export certain contacts, we filter by whether hotel, label, interests, segment, etc.
Once the filter is chosen, we select the square next to Name to select all.If there are multiple pages, click on the option: Select all pages. When selected, the total number of contacts is updated.
Click on Action and in the drop-down we select "Export data". The downloaded file will reach us to the email of the user we are using.
